It's a memorable Baja Adventurer style trek with long clear days and intense azure skies. Hope you like being bare-foot because shoes aren't needed on this trek! We start our adventure at the Baja border where we say 'Hola' and load-up. After meeting and checking the supplies it's on the road, down
through sunny
Baja California! We'll venture through wine country
or hug the Pacific Coast during the morning and then cross across the
desert through spectacular fields of huge Cardon cactus and rock gardens.
Day 2 We'll pull into the oasis town of San Ignacio that is surrounded by the majestic Viscaino desert and thousands of date palms. From here see the town, explore the Jesuit mission or take a refreshing swim in the lagoon among the palm trees. Day 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8
Then it's really
off the beaten path where we greet some of the many famous Day 8/9 Today it's vayamos los amigos! Destination - Catavina. Here we'll get to know the cactus of Baja California and visit the native cave paintings in the area if time permits while exploring the various arroyos and rock gardens. Day 10 It's an easy ride into Ensenada for some fine local food and souveniers. Then up through the picturesque wine country or up the coast of northern Baja. From here it's grab the bags, stash the memories and say 'Hasta luego' to your new amigos. "If we are always
